HS-502RTM is an additive flame retardant unsaturated polyester resin with no halogen, low smoke density, pre-promoted, low viscosity, good workability and good anti-settling property. Its FRP products can meet the requirements of TB/T 3138, NFPA 130, DIN 5510-2, BS 476.7, GB 8624(B1), GB 8410, UL 94(V0), etc. Meanwhile, it also meets the requirements of prohibited and restricted substances in the field of rail transport and the requirements of volatile organic compounds control and limit values. It is suitable for FRP products with halogen-free and low-smoke flame retardant requirements, such as hand-laying, vacuum introduction /RTM moulding construction materials, railway bus parts and so on.

Note: 1) The sample method of FRP/casting system is carried out according to GB/T 8237, in which the FRP laminated structure is as follows: 5 layers 300 g/m2
The structure of the FRP layer is as follows: 5 layers of 300 g/m2 alkali-free short-cut felt + 4 layers of 400 g/m2 chevron cloth, curing system: curing agent AKZO M-50: 1.5%.
2) The curing condition of FRP/casting body after curing is: Normal temperature×24 h+60℃×3 h+80℃×2 h.
n Attention:
1, HS-502RTM is a filler-added flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin, sometimes the filler may settle during storage, please make sure the resin in the drum is well stirred before use, and then put it into use, so as not to affect the flame-retardant effect. It is recommended to use it in the shortest possible time to shorten the storage period.
2, the transport should be in accordance with the State Council ‘Regulations on the Safe Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods’, Chapter V of the transport and loading and unloading of chemical dangerous goods. The product should be stored in a cool place under 25℃, avoiding fire and isolating heat source.
