22X-34N (Original HS-8706) PE Clear Primer for Wood Spraying

22X-34N Resin (X denotes customized grades based on customer's actual ambient temperature) is a PE clear coat primer specially formulated for spraying on pianos, musical instruments, and acoustics, with excellent abrasive properties and adhesion.

Curing system in SPI test: Hardener AKZO CH-50: 2%;

Curing agent (methyl ethyl ketone peroxide MEKPO)  1-2 parts

Promoter HS-926                                            0.5-1.5 parts

Note: The dosage of accelerator and hardener should be adjusted according to the temperature change.

n Attention:

> Transportation should be in accordance with the regulations on transportation and handling of chemical dangerous goods in Chapter 5 of the Regulations on the Safe Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods of the State Council. The product should be stored in a cool place under 25℃, avoiding fire, isolating heat source, and sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and volatilization of the monomer.

Shelf life is 3 months at 25℃.
