Mould Resin HS-4401W/M/S

     Characteristics and main uses：

HS-4401W/M/S is vinyl type unsaturated polyester resin, thixotropic agent and accelerator have been added, low shrinkage, good dimensional stability of products, smooth surface. It has good infiltration of glass fibre, convenient construction, high toughness, high resistance to cracking, high heat distortion temperature, excellent heat degradation resistance and superior strength retention under high temperature. It is suitable for making common FRP moulds.

HS-4401W is winter type, suitable for November-March (below 15℃);

HS-4401M is a spring/autumn type suitable for April-May, September-October (15-25℃);

HS-4401S is a summer type suitable for June-August (above 25℃).

Liquid resin performance (25℃)：

*  For the gel time test: AKZO M-50 with 2% curing agent.

   Physical properties of casting body (for reference only)：

Note: 1), casting body sample method according to GB-8237; casting body curing system: curing agent M-50 1.5%;

2) Post-curing treatment of casting body: room temperature × 24 hours + 60℃ × 3 hours + 110℃ × 2 hours.

   Note：

  Users should choose the corresponding type of resin according to the specific environmental conditions and construction process requirements;

Transportation should be in accordance with the provisions of the State Council ‘Regulations on the Safe Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods’, Chapter V, ‘Transportation and Handling of Chemical Dangerous Goods’. The product should be stored in a cool place under 25℃, avoiding fire and isolating heat source, the shelf life is 3 months under 25℃.
