Recommended Application Process:
Coating Method: Suitable for mainstream coating methods such as mesh coating, scraper, and extrusion.
Oven Temperature: 80-120 °C
Solid Content for Machine: It is recommended to dilute with ethyl acetate to 30-45% solid content for machine use.
Coating Dry Weight: It is recommended 6-10 g/m², dry film thickness 6-10μm.
Curing Conditions: Cure at 50°C for 48 hours or at 35°C for 3-4 days. Adjust and customize according to customer processes.
