Principal Properties
HS-307C-YC is an fire retardant, pre-accelerated, thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin dissolved in styrene. It shows good fire-retardant performance, good workability and good mechanical properties.
Applications
HS-307C-YC is suitable for hand lay-up or spray-up methods for use in FRP boats, vehicles, railroad cars, etc.
Approvals
HS-307C-YC has been approved by CCS(China Classification Society) for boat building.

Important:The fire resistant values are only indications.The finished parts produced by our customers have to be tested according to specific tests of their country.Optimum properties of fire retarancy are only obtained on perfectly cured resins and laminates.
Guidelines before use:
1) To ensure maximum stability and maintain optimum properties,resins should be stored in closed containers at temperatures below 25℃ and away from heat ignition sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes.Store separate from oxidizing materials,peroxides and metal salts.
2) Keep sealed when not in use to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss.
3) Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
4) Transportation should fit the State Council “chemistry dangerous articles safety management regulations”.Because it contains styrene monomer,it is hazardous and inflammable.
