Note:
1) Pouring method is according to GB/T8237-2005. Curing system: accelerator HS-909 1.5%, AKZO M-50: 1.5%;
2) Curing system after casting body: Normal temperature (24 h) + 60°C (3 h) + 100°C (2 h).

n Attention:
1. When the temperature of construction environment is high, the gel time is short, at this time, you can not arbitrarily reduce the amount of curing agent, but should reduce the amount of accelerator.
2. Because of the low shrinkage rate of the resin, in order to prevent the mould release difficulty, so it is recommended to use polyvinyl alcohol or fluorine type mould release agent.
Transportation should be in accordance with the State Council ‘Regulations on the Safe Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods’, Chapter V of the transport and handling of chemical dangerous goods. The product should be stored in a cool place under 25℃, avoid fire, isolate the heat source (such as direct sunlight or steam, etc.), and keep the barrel sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and volatilisation of the monomer.The shelf life is 3 months when stored under 25℃.
