HS-504PTF-2
HUAKE
Principal Properties & Application:
HS-504PTF-2 is an additive type flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin that does not contain halogens and has low smoke density. It is pre-promoted, thixotropic, with moderate viscosity, good workability, and good resistance to settlement. Its fiberglass products can meet the requirements of flame retardant standards such as TB/T 3138, DIN 5510-2, BS 476.7 (Class 2), UL94 (V0), while also meeting the requirements of material specifications and VOC control and limit requirements in the field of rail transportation. It is suitable for fiberglass products with halogen-free, low smoke flame retardant requirements, such as hand lay-up molded construction materials and railway passenger car components.

Note:
1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237; The fiberglass laminate structure consists of: 4 layers of 300 g/m²E-glass chopped strand mat + 3 layers of 400 g/m²woven roving. Curing System: Hardener AKZO M-50: 2%;
2) The post-curing conditions for the fiberglass/cast body: RT×24hrs+60℃×3hrs+80℃×2hrs.
Attention:
HS-504PTF-2 is a filler-additive type flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin. During storage, the filler may sometimes settle. Before use, be sure to thoroughly stir the resin in the drum to ensure it is well-mixed, in order to avoid affecting the flame-retardant effect. It is recommended to use it in the shortest time possible to minimize the storage period.
During transportation, it should comply with the regulations for the transportation and handling of chemical hazardous materials in Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals." The product should be stored in a cool place below 25°C, away from sources of ignition and isolated from heat sources.
|Application:
HS-504PTF-2 is suitable for fiberglass products with halogen-free, low smoke flame retardant requirements, such as hand lay-up molded construction materials and railway passenger car components.
